Mold Making Services
Do you need to make a copy of a sculpture or parts you own or created?
We make silicone rubber molds to produce multiple parts using polyurethane resin, polyurethane rubber, expanding foam, and various other materials.
Need the mold for slush or roto-casting? We make those too.
Need your model scaled up or down so you can provide multiple offerings to your customers? We'll 3D Scan your model, scale it, and create master models in the various sizes to make molds. This is perfect if you want a larger model that fits on a pedestal, a smaller bookshelf or desk-sized piece, and, to scale down further, pendants, keychains, and earrings. By having a more extensive selection of pieces to choose from, your customers will be able to enjoy and share your art with their friends and family.

Our process is simple:

Send us your model (Concept Drawings, Digital Scan, or Model). |
Upon receipt, we'll prepare the master model for the mold-making process, making the molds and finished castings. |
Upon completion, we'll deliver the finished molds so you can cast and finish your pieces. |
